Booking System

When booking, please note you will only show the available times for the service you have selected. Payment is required at time of booking to secure your slot, you are allowed to bring a maximum of 4 dogs, all dogs must have current vaccination records or have evidence of a titre test, please send this information via email/messenger to Completely K9 Ltd prior to your appointment. Bookings are non-transferable and if not cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice payments will not be refunded

 UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

All details held on the booking system are secure and confidential and meet GDPR regulations. All contact details used in the booking processes of Completely K9 Ltd is securely stored and not used for any other purpose. Financial details are not stored within the system. If you no longer require our services and wish to have your details removed, please email your request to: completelyk9@yahoo.com 

 

Arrival/Departure

Upon entry through the farm gate you will be able to park your car, please ensure you lock the field gate behind you and secure your car and belongings before entering the field.  There is a coded keysafe attached to the building housing the padlock key next to the silver gate for entry, please ensure all dogs are on leads until they enter the first gate and it is closed behind you. Please ensure you return the key to the keysafe prior to departure and you reset code to 0000

Please avoid arriving more than 10 minutes before your appointment and ensure that you leave promptly. Your 1-hour booking includes entering and leaving. Early arrivals must wait in the car with their dog until the previous customer has secured all dogs in their car, thereby avoiding disruption and reaction to other dogs.

Late arrivals will still need to vacate by the agreed end time of their booking.

You have full sole use of all the secure areas during your booking, including the activity equipment, which is provided for dog use only.

Children must be fully supervised at all times, including in the car park.

All of Completely K9 is fully fenced, however, we cannot ensure absolute security for every dog. Please contact us immediately if you arrive and are uncertain of its suitability for your animal.

Whilst every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure the facilities are safe for customers and their dogs, and while the field is regularly inspected and maintained, the ground is uneven and in wet conditions may be slippery. Please be aware that while every precaution has been taken by Completely K9 to ensure the safety of owners and their pets, we cannot take responsibility for injuries to yourself, your dogs, personal property or vehicles caused by a third party.

Unwell Dogs

Do not bring dogs who appear unwell, have been coughing or with symptoms of sickness and diarrhoea; this includes dogs who may have an infectious disease or are known to have been in contact with an infected animal It is expected that all dogs are vaccinated and wormed.

Digging / Boundary Fences

Do not allow your dog to dig, especially around the boundary fence. Any holes, where possible, must be filled; all holes at boundary fences must be reported to ensure the integrity of the secure field and the safety of other users. In addition the field could contain other hazards consistent with the countryside. The ground conditions and boundary fences are checked on a regular basis, however,  if you become aware of any risks, please report details immediately to Nicky Bates on 07972626576.

Dog Waste / Rubbish

Please pick up after your dog. Bins are provided for you to dispose of all bagged-up dog waste. Any other litter, especially waste that could be harmful to another dog, must be taken away with you. This includes broken or chewed dog toys, uneaten treats or food.

BSL Legislation

If your dog falls under BSL legislation, we are delighted that you are still able to make use of our secure site. The following rules must be adhered to:

- Dogs need to be registered with the Index of Exempt Dogs (IED)

- Dogs must have Public Liability Insurance

- Dogs must be Neutered & Micro Chipped

- If the household has more than 1 dog, they can come to the field together, but the banned breed dog must have its own handler and then another member of the same household needs to be present to supervise the other dogs. If there is more than 1 banned breed in the household they can come together but each dog must have its own handler.

Dogs are to be kept on a lead & muzzled until inside the daycare with the gate securely closed - please padlock from the inside. Once inside, the dogs can be let off the lead and the muzzle removed.

​

At the end of the booking dogs are to be muzzled and back on a lead before leaving the field and entering the car park.

Field hire at Completely K9 is secure and exclusively yours for the duration of your booking
